In addition to nutrition counseling sessions, she offers coaching for one-on-one meal support, meal exposures, exercise exposures, eating out exposures, family meal education sessions and mindful eating/intuitive eating practices.
If you are caring for a someone who needs assistance, Tere can guide you in offering help to your loved one. She is experienced in educating and coaching families on how to support loved ones during mealtimes and all matters in relation to food and nutrition management.

If you had a recent health condition necessitating a change, she can help you evaluate your current meal pattern and implement a new one.
She has coordinated care with multidisciplinary teams to help patients with various conditions such as diabetes, renal disease, dyslipidemias and gastrointestinal diseases, among others. Her extensive experience with nutritional counseling ranges from hospital settings to private practice.

Consulting & Mentoring
Tere has a passion for supervising dietitians who want to become Certified Eating Disorder Specialists. She considers her job as supervisor as one of the most meaningful learning experiences.
She has had the opportunity to work as a supervisor for several years – a key part of her professional development. She finds it very rewarding to see her mentees becoming highly respected professionals in the field.
Tere has worked in all levels of care and been extensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). She is experienced with the most common types of eating disorders including: Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Orthorexia or compulsive exercise, Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder (OSFED), Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Emotional Eating.
